Anchor & Edge Leadership was born out of more than three decades of serving people, leading organizations, developing leaders, teaching, counseling, and walking with individuals through difficult seasons.
Over the years, I've learned something simple: most leadership problems aren't really about policies, programs, or organizational charts. They're about people.

My experience includes pastoral ministry, Christian school administration, Christian school leadership and convention work, police chaplaincy, public information work, nonprofit development, public speaking, training, and decades of marriage, personal, and spiritual counseling.

People don't follow titles. They respond to character, credibility, consistency, courage, and relationship.
That's why Anchor & Edge doesn't begin with a generic leadership formula.
We begin by listening, understanding the situation, bringing biblical principles to bear, and helping leaders determine what faithful action looks like.
